About Us
We are a premier Contract Research and Development Organization (CRDO) at the forefront of biologics manufacturing innovation. Our High-throughput Antibody Production Service is a specialized platform designed to meet the demanding needs of modern drug discovery, diagnostic development, and functional proteomics. Leveraging state-of-the-art automation, advanced parallel bioreactor systems, and streamlined downstream processing workflows, we produce hundreds to thousands of distinct antibody variants in parallel—delivering milligram quantities of each within a condensed timeframe. This service is the critical bridge between initial antibody discovery (e.g., from phage display or single B cell sequencing) and the rigorous in vitro and early in vivo validation that requires tangible, purified protein. We partner with pharmaceutical companies, antibody platform developers, and academic consortia to accelerate their pipelines by providing rapid, reliable, and scalable access to the essential reagents needed to make informed go/no-go decisions.

☞High-throughput Antibody Production Technology Process
Our technology integrates parallelized upstream and downstream processes into a seamless, automated pipeline.
Phase 1: High-Throughput Vector Preparation & Cell Culture
Batch Cloning & Sequence Management: Your panel of antibody sequences (e.g., from NGS output of a selection campaign) is received. Sequences are batch-codon-optimized and synthesized or cloned in parallel into standardized expression vectors (e.g., mammalian IgG vectors).
Automated Transfection in Multi-Format: We utilize high-density cell culture platforms (e.g., 24-deep well plates, 96-well blocks, or miniature bioreactor arrays). Using automated liquid handlers, HEK293 or CHO suspension cells are transfected in parallel with the array of expression constructs.
Parallel Fed-Batch Cultivation: Cultures are maintained in automated incubator-shakers. Robotic systems administer standardized feed solutions to each culture individually or in groups, optimizing cell growth and protein titers in a miniaturized, parallel format over 7-14 days.
Phase 2: Micro-Scale Harvest & Parallel Purification
Automated Clarification: Post-expression, cultures are processed in parallel using centrifugation or micro-filtration plates to remove cells, yielding clarified supernatants containing the secreted antibodies.
Micro-Purification Chromatography: This is the core of our throughput. We employ:
Robotic Protein A/G Affinity Capture: Using 96-well filter plates pre-packed with affinity resin or automated liquid handlers coupled to micro-columns, we perform parallel capture and elution of IgGs from all supernatants simultaneously.
High-Throughput Buffer Exchange: Using centrifugal filter plates or automated dialysis, purified samples are simultaneously buffer-exchanged into a standard storage formulation (e.g., PBS).
Phase 3: Parallelized Analytics & Quality Control
Automated Quantification: The concentration of every purified sample is determined in parallel using a microplate-based spectrophotometer (A280) or a fluorescence-based protein assay (e.g., NanoOrange).
Rapid Purity Assessment: Samples are analyzed by parallel capillary electrophoresis (e.g., Caliper LabChip® or CE-SDS) or microfluidic SDS-PAGE systems, providing digital data on purity and molecular weight for dozens of samples in under an hour.
High-Throughput Binding Confirmation: A mandatory QC step involves testing each antibody's binding activity via a high-throughput ELISA or Octet/BLI assay in a 96- or 384-well format to confirm functionality before release.
Phase 4: Data Compilation & Sample Management
All analytical data is automatically captured, linked to the sample barcode, and compiled into a master database.
Purified antibodies are dispensed into barcoded microtubes or plates in pre-defined aliquots, ready for shipment or direct integration into your downstream screening assays.
