Nebulabio Single B Cell Sorting Platform
The platform provides direct access to native B cell repertoires by isolating individual antigen-binding cells from immunized, vaccinated, convalescent, or engineered donors. Fluorescent antigen probes and multi-parameter phenotyping enable selection of defined B cell subsets, while single-cell sequencing recovers paired variable regions that are then reconstituted as recombinant antibodies in configured formats.
